Follow the suggested actions in the order in which they are listed in the Action column until the problem is
solved.
See Chapter 7 “Parts listing, RS210 Types 6531, 6532, 6533, and 6534” on page 175 to determine which
components are customer replaceable units (CRU) and which components are eld replaceable units (FRU).
If an action step is preceded by “(Trained service technician only),” that step must be performed only by
a trained service technician.

hints, tips, and new device drivers or to submit a request for information.
Error code Description Action
0010002 Microprocessor not supported.
1. (Trained service technician only) Reseat the
microprocessor and restart the server.
2. (Trained service technician only) Remove the
microprocessor and install a new microprocessor.
Restart the server. If the error is corrected, the old
microprocessor is bad and must be replaced.
3. Replace the following components one at a time, in
the order shown, restarting the server each time.
a. (Trained service technician only) Microprocessor
b. (Trained service technician only) System board
0011000 Invalid microprocessor type.
1. Update the server rmware to the latest level (see
“Updating the rmware” on page 211
).
2. (Trained service technician only) Remove and
replace the affected microprocessor (error LED
is lit) with a supported type (see “Installing the
microprocessor” on page 141).

Microprocessor failed BIST. 1. Update the server rmware to the latest level (see
“Updating the rmware” on page 211
).
2. (Trained service technician only) Reseat the
microprocessor.
3. Replace the following components one at a time, in
the order shown, restarting the server each time:

Microcode updated failed.
1. Update the server rmware to the latest level (see
“Updating the rmware” on page 211).
2. (Trained service technician only) Replace the
microprocessor.
0050001 DIMM disabled.
1. If the server fails the POST memory test, reseat the
DIMMs.
2. Remove and replace any DIMM for which the
associated error LED is lit (see “Removing a
memory module” on page 125
and “Installing a
memory module” on page 125).
3. Run the Setup utility to enable all the DIMMs.
4. Run the DSA Preboot memory test (see “Running
the diagnostic programs” on page 65
).
