If all data entered is correct, click on Ex
it to close the DHCP screen. If not, correct the data and
click on Sav
e again.
To disable the DHCP server, click on the box next to Enable DHCP Server to remove the check
and click on Sav
e.
Multiple IP Addresses
In the case where there are multiple IP addresses entered in the Ethernet Configuration screen,
and the DHCP server has already been configured then selecting an IP address that was not
originally selected for DHCP use will cause an error.
As shown below, there are 2 IP addresses entered in the Ethernet Configuration screen, and
172.16.1.5 is currently highlighted.
Selecting the DH
CP button will cause the following error (assuming that the DHCP server has
already been programmed to use the IP address of 10.1.100.250)
