19. When a dial-in call is received, the following screen appears (to the remote user).
20. You are asked to "ENTER HOST ID YOU WANT TO CONNECT TO?". Type in a HOST ID number (listed
in the left-hand column).
21. You will be asked to enter a user name. You are allowed five attempts to enter a valid user name before
you are disconnected.
22. Upon receiving the user’s valid password, you are connected to the client PC configured for the INBOUND
session. Your dial-in session can now continue as described in your communications software manual.
23. On the completion of the dial-out or dial-in operation, type COMSERV -D to free the modem and port for
other users. A message: "Port is Disconnected" appears.
