Electronic telephone directory
The station names stored in memory are automatically registered into the electronic telephone directory in
alphabetical order. You can make a fax or voice call by selecting the desired station name on the display.
If you wish to send a fax, insert the documents into the document tray first.

Example: To search a name with starting “N”:
Press until the first station name
with starting “N” is displayed. Press
until the desired name is
displayed.
