The time to answer the call may be too long. Decrease the number of
rings (see pages 57, 58 and 59).

The greeting message is too long. Shorten the message (see page 44).
●
The junk mail prohibitor is set to ON (see page 42).
I cannot receive documents
automatically.

Make sure that you use the remote operation ID correctly (see page 52).
I cannot retrieve recorded
messages from a remote phone.

The mailbox password is wrong. Enter the correct password (see page

Messages in the mailbox do
