Enter a Key Name, and then select
“OK”.
zKey Names are used to select destinations
on the touch-panel display.
zFor instructions on using the onscreen

Parameters) on the provided CD-ROM.

Select “IFax”, and then select “OK”.
zIf you wish to use it in the Email Address
Book of Scan/Email mode, and Fax mode
both, select “PC”.

Select whether to add the station to
“Favorites”.

To enable sub-addressed routing,
enter a sub-address, and then select
“OK”.
zThis screen appears when “152 Sub-Addr
Routing” has been set to “Valid” in Function
Parameters (Fax/Email Settings> Fax
Parameters).

To enable routing by the sender’s
numeric ID, enter the numeric ID, and
then select “OK”.
zThis screen appears when “153 TSI
Routing” has been set to “Valid” in Function
Parameters (Fax/Email Settings> Fax
Parameters).
zPress Reset key to return the machine to
the initial screen of the current active mode.
Select to display the
station in “Favorites”.
Select not to display the
station in “Favorites”.
