• Used to enter a pause when recording or dialing a telephone
number, or to redial the last dailed number.
• Used to separate the Sub-Address from the telephone
number when dailing, or to access some features of your
PBX.
• Used to manually select the communications port for each
transmission. Available when the Optional 2nd G3 Fax
Communication Port Kit has been installed. (See Operating
Instructions (For Copier) page 72.)
• Used to start On-Hook dialing.
• Used to set operations.
• Used for adjusting the monitor volume.
• Used to switch the
machine into energy
saving mode.

Tone key
• Used to temporarily change the
dialing mode to Tone when
Pulse mode is set.
