Canceling a Memory
Transmission
Before start is pressed

the document you have set.
While the document is being scanned in

been scanned in is canceled.
During Transmission

While the message is awaiting
transmission (Functions 21)
Every time you store a fax message in
your machine's memory, a new file is
created. Each file is given a number.
This number appears on the File Re-
serve Report, Journal and Transmis-
sion Result Report. To see which files
are currently in memory, you may
print a file list.

To erase a fax message stored in
memory; press the {
