Event Description
Registration Removed A registration has been removed by the gate-
keeper/border controller. The Reason event
parameter specifies the reason why the regis-
tration was removed. This is one of:
Authentication change
Conflicting zones
Operator forced removal
Operator forced removal (all registra-
tions removed)
Call Answer Attempted An attempt to answer a call has been made
Call Attempted A call has been attempted.
Call Connected A call has been connected
Call Disconnected A call has been disconnected
Call Rejected A call has been rejected. The Reason event
parameter contains a textual representation of
the H.225 additional cause code.
Call Bandwidth Changed The bandwidth of a call has changed.
External Server Communication Failure Communication with an external server failed
unexpectedly. The event detail data should
differentiate between ’no response’ and ’re-
quest rejected’ (i.e. NACK rather than silence)
Servers concerned are:
DNS
LDAP servers
Neighbour Gatekeeper
NTP servers
System Start The operating system has started.
System Shutdown The operating system was shutdown.
Application Start The Border Controller has started. Further
detail may be provided in the event data ’detail’
field.
Application Failed The Border Controller application is out of ser-
vice due to an unexpected failure
License Limit Reached Licensing limits for a given feature have been
reached. Th e event detail field specifies the
facility/limits concerned. Possible values for
the detail field are:
Non Traversal Call Limit Reached
Traversal Call Limit Reached
