Troubleshooting
Calling the Welcome Center
If a fault cannot be resolved by following the LCD instructions, check the troubleshooting
tables in the next section - they may help to solve the problem quickly. If the problem persists,
contact the Xerox Welcome Center or the local Xerox representative. The serial number of the
machine will be required, together with any relevant error codes
