Troubleshooting
The received original is printed
dark and is illegible or black
stripes are printed on the
original
Check with the party sending the original that the original is a clean
copy.
Check with the party sending the original that the problem is not due to
a fault or operator error at the remote FAX. For example, dirty scan
glass or dirty scan lamp.
If the same problem occurs even when copies are made on the
machine, clean the drum using the instructions “Cleaning the Drum” on
page 10-9.
Paper is collated but not printed. Ensure there enough toner.
Check with the party sending the fax that the original was placed
correctly when scanned at the remote FAX.
