= Hour in 24 hour format
Range: 00 to 23

= Minutes
Range: 00 to 59

= Seconds
Range: 00 to 59
Example:
TS01,01,95,01,00,00 : sets the date to Jan. 1, 1995
: and the time to 1:00 a.m.
TS12,31,01,15,31,00 : sets the date to Dec. 31, 2001
: and the time to 3:31 p.m.
