buffer reaches the …STOP threshold, and XON when the buffer reaches
the …STARt threshold.
• For an Agilent E1324A, AUTO is always ON. In this case
…[:RECeive]:PACE will also set …TRAN:PACE
• The XON character is control Q (ASCII 17
