DO RUNTIME CAL Setting — This function, shown in Figure 37, allows you to
manually initiate a Runtime Calculation test to calibrate internal measurements,
which should result in more accurate runtime estimates. This should be done once
every six months, or when the connected load size changes significantly. Once
initiated, the unit will operate on battery power until a low battery condition occurs.
Note: Before you initiate RUNTIME CAL , the battery must be at 100%
capacity (fully charged), and the load must be greater than 10% of the
rated load.

DISPLY-BEEP TESTING: Setting — This function, shown in Figure 38, allows
you to force the unit to perform DISPLAY and BEEP tests. Simply advance to the
DISPLY-BEEP TESTING screen and press either the Up Arrow or Down Arrow
pushbutton. This will cause all the indicators and display fields to illuminate (as
shown in Figure 39), and an audible beep to sound.
