Device IP Configuration Wizard
The APC Device IP Configuration Wizard configures the IP address, subnet mask,
and default gateway of Network Management Cards (NMCs), or APC network-
enabled devices (devices that contain an embedded Management Card). The Wizard
can be used in either of the following ways:
• Through a direct connection from a serial port on your computer to a Management
Card or device to configure or reconfigure it.
• Remotely over your TCP/IP network to discover and configure unconfigured
Management Cards or network-enabled devices located on the same network
segment as the computer that is running the Wizard.
