4. Use the pointed end of a black stick and push through the screw hole at the top left
side until the keyboard begins to separate from the top case. Work your way along
through successive screw holes until a black stick can be inserted under the keyboard
from the top.
Important: To avoid damaging the screw boss threads, do not use a metal tool.
