Copying Problems
Problem Cause Solution
The LASER CLASS
2060P will not make a
copy?
The document may not be
placed correctly in the
Automatic Document Feeder
(ADF).
Make sure the document
you are copying is set in the
Automatic Document
Feeder (ADF) properly, and
the LCD display shows
DOCUMENT READY.
The handset may be off its
hook.
Make sure the handset is on
its cradle.
The LASER CLASS 2060P
may not be operating
properly.
Print a document from your
PC to make sure the LASER
CLASS 2060P is operating
properly. See the printer
driver manual.
MEMORY FULL
appears in the LCD
display when you are
making multiple copies?
The LASER CLASS 2060P’s
memory is full.
Print out any received faxes
stored in memory, then try
copying again.
