6.3.1 LIU Configuration Request
Synopsis:
Message sent by the application to establish the operating mode for a Line
Interface Unit (LIU).
Note: When using s7_mgt, this message is generated by s7_mgt as a result of the
LIU_CONFIG command. It therefore does not need be generated by the user.
