Printer image: The image at the upper left shows the
printer status graphically.
Text box: The text box next to the printer image
displays the current status of the printer.
When a problem occurs, the most likely
solution is displayed.
OK button: Click
OK
to close the dialog box.
Paper: Displays the paper size and approximate
amount of remaining paper in each
paper source. Optional cassettes are
displayed only if they are installed.
Toner: Displays the amount of toner remaining.
The toner icon flashes when the toner is
low (10 percent or less).
Photoconductor Unit
Life:
Displays the Photoconductor unit’s
remaining functional life.
