■ STXV0307 ERROR Failed to access device. Error code = "error number","detailed
error code"
[Meaning]
Failed to access device. Therefore, it cannot be registered.
[Action]
- When "error number" is "-1"
Check the following.
• No access to the Shadow Copy destination during backup
• For configuration using different Windows Servers for the production server and backup
server, the Shadow Copy destination that is registered in the copy set information is
connected to the backup server.
- When "error number" is other than "-1"
Deal with the error according to the contents of the ETERNUS Disk storage systems "detailed
error code", and try again.

Detailed Error Codes" (page 125).
■ STXV0308 ERROR Failed to obtain device information. Error = "error
number","detailed error code"
[Meaning]
Failed to obtain device information. Therefore, it cannot be registered.
[Action]
Deal with the error according to the contents of the ETERNUS Disk storage systems "detailed error
code", and try again.

[Meaning]
Failed to stop copy session. The process is canceled.
[Action]

code", and try again.

[Meaning]
