The copy set management file version is invalid. The process is canceled.

Check the VSSHP version, and try again.
■ STXV0713 ERROR Insufficient memory.
[Meaning]
Insufficient memory. The process is canceled.
[Action]
Exit all unused programs, and try again.
If the problem still persists, refer to "10.2
How to Obtain Error Information" (page 131), and prepare the
required information before contacting a Fujitsu field engineer (FE).
■ STXV0714 ERROR Failed to access the target disk pool management file. iReturn =
["internal code"]
[Meaning]
Access to the target disk pool management file failed. The process is canceled.
[Action]
Reregister the target disk pool management file using the Target Disk Pool Registration/Deletion
function, and try again.
To start the Target Disk Pool Registration/Deletion function, click the [Start] button – [All Programs] –
[ETERNUS VSS Hardware Provider] – [Target Disk Pool Registration•Deletion].
■ STXV0801 ERROR An error occurred in the backup server.
[Meaning]
An error occurred in the backup server. The process is canceled.
[Action]
Check the events log message in the backup server and deal with the contents accordingly.
■ STXV0802 ERROR Communication environment with the backup server is incorrect.

[Meaning]
The communication environment with the backup server is incorrect. The cause is "event ID". The
process is canceled.

Refer to "9.1
Event Log Messages" (page 75) to deal with the corresponding "event ID", and try again.
