Only a copy session of the specified source disk can be stopped.
• When there are multiple QuickOPC sessions in the specified source disk, use the -t option to
specify the OLU number of the Shadow Copy destination for the target copy session to be
stopped.
Only the specified copy session is stopped.
• When there are multiple copy sessions in the specified source disk for the SnapOPC+ stop
process, only the first generation of the SnapOPC+ sessions are stopped. Confirm that the copy
sessions to be stopped are the first generation of the SnapOPC+ sessions and check that no
backup is being performed before executing the SnapOPC+ stop process.
• When this command is executed with the -f option for the QuickOPC stop process, the copy
session is stopped without waiting for the differential copy to be finished.
• If this command is executed without the -f option for the QuickOPC stop process when a
differential copy is running, the copy session is stopped after the differential copy is finished
• If an ETERNUS Disk storage systems hardware error occurs, this command is not executed.
