Canadian EME Regulations:

radio noise emissions from digital apparatus set out in the
radio interference regulations of the Canadian Department of
Communications.

European EME Regulations:
“The CE marking applied to this product symbolizes Digital
Declaration of Conformity with the following applicable
Directives of the European Union:
Council Directive 89/336/EEC, approximation of the laws of
the member states related to electromagnetic compatibility.
