6 The Universal Serial Bus connectors are for connecting USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 devices.
7 The power jack is for connecting the ac power adapter.
8 The eSATA is for connecting an eSATA device.
9 The external monitor connector is for connecting an external monitor.
Note: If you attach your computer to the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 and use an external monitor
connector, use the external monitor connector on the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3, not the one on the
computer.
