Output Bin Sensor Test
This test is used to verify if the output bin sensors are working
correctly.
To run the Output Bin Sensor Test:
1. Select Sensor Test from the Output Bin Test menu.
– "Output Bin/Full=OP/Input=OP" message displays.
– Full = Output Bins Full Sensor
– Pass = Output Bins Pass Thru Sensor
2. Once the message displays, the servicer can manually actuate
each of the output bin sensors. The bin full sensor can be
actuated by hand, however a sheet of paper can be used to
cover the bin's pass thru sensor. When the sensor is closed CL
displays, and when the sensor is open OP displays.
3. Press Return/Stop to exit the test.
Output Bin X Sensor Test
Output Expander or High Capacity Output Stacker
To run the Output Bin X Sensor tests:
1. Select Output Bin tests from the menu.
2. Select Output Bin tests - Sensor Tests.
3. Select Sensor Tests - Output Bin X.
4. Press Return/Stop to exit the test.
The following is displayed:
Output Bin X
P=OP F=OP NF=CL
P = Pass Thru Sensor
F = BIN FULL Sensor (lower part of dual sensor)
NF = Near Full Sensor (upper part of dual sensor)
Once the message displays, you can manually actuate each of the
output bin sensors. For all the sensors except the output level
sensor, when the sensor is closed CL displays and when the sensor
is open OP displays.
