Preparing the UT-1
Introduction
3 Plug the adapter in.
If the adapter power lamp does not light
when the adapter is plugged in, consult a
Nikon-authorized service representative.
4 Turn the UT-1 on.
Press the power switch for about a second to turn the UT-1 on.
When using the AC adapter, be careful that the cords do not
become disconnected.
Disconnecting the Adapter
1 Unplug the adapter.
Turn the UT-1 off and unplug the adapter from the power
outlet.
2 Disconnect the EP-5B.
Disconnect the EP-5B power cable from the AC adapter. Be
sure to pull on the connector, not the cable.
3 Remove the EP-5B.
Open the battery-chamber cover and remove the EP-5B.
