The Policy Configuration screen prioritizes the order in which a switch forwards
packets, on a per-port basis. BayStack 380 provides 4 transmission queues.
Frames are assigned to one of these queues on the basis of the user-priority using
a traffic class table. The table indicates the traffic class that is assigned to the
frame for each possible user-priority value.
