6. To find the telephone number or name you want to
modify, you can:
1. Press the keys
until the desired number or name
appears on the display.
or
2. Press the key bearing the first letter of the name you
are looking for. The fax machine will search for the
name in alphabetical order.
7. To confirm the setting, press the key:
From this step on, to modify the number, repeat the
procedure "To program the phone book - To pro-
gramme the phone book from the fax machine"
from step 7.
TO CHANGE A NUMBER FROM THE CORDLESS PHONE
1. Press function key F2:
The display shows the names (if set) in alphabetical
order, and the fax or telephone numbers associated
with the 60 positions available (00-59) saved previously.
2. To find the telephone number or name you want to
change, you can:
1. Press the upper or lower part of the
key until
the desired number or name appears on the dis-
play.
Or
2. Press the key corresponding to the first letter of the
name you want to find. The cordless phone will look
for the name in alphabetical order.
3. To confirm the setting, press function key F2:
From this point on, to change the name, repeat the
procedure in "To program the phone book - To
programme the phone book from the cordless
phone" from step 3.
TO DELETE A NUMBER FROM THE PHONE BOOK

delete, you can:

until the desired number or name
appears on the display.

2. Press the key bearing the first letter of the name you
are looking for. The fax machine will search for the
name in alphabetical order.

8. To choose the other option, "DELETE? - YES", press
the keys:
9. To confirm the setting and delete the number, press the
key:

DELETE
At this point, you can terminate the procedure or delete
another number.
