Printed Report
Memory Storage Report
This report is printed after an original
is stored in memory. It helps you re-
view the contents and the destina-
tions of stored originals.
Limitation
r If you use Parallel Memory Trans-
mission, the Memory Storage Re-
port is not printed.
Note
r You can turn this report on and off.
See p.159 “User Parameters”
(switch 03, bit 2).
r Even if the machine is set up not to
print this report, it is still printed if
an original could not be stored.
r You can select whether to include
part of the original image on the re-
port. See p.159 “User Parameters”
(switch 04, bit 7).
Transmission Result Report
(Memory Transmission)
This report is printed when a Memo-
ry Transmission is completed, so you
can check the result of the transmis-
sion. If E-mail TX Results is pro-
grammed in a Quick Operation key,
you can select whether a report e-mail
is sent after transmission.
Note
r If two or more destinations are
specified, this report is printed af-
ter the fax message has been sent to
all the destinations.
r If the machine is set up not to print
this report and the fax message
could not be successfully transmit-
ted, a Communication Failure Re-
port is printed. See p.83
“Communication Failure Report”.
r You can turn this function on or off
with the User Parameters. See
p.159 “User Parameters” (switch
03, bit 0).
r You can select whether to include
part of the original image on the re-
port. See p.159 “User Parameters”
(switch 04, bit 7).
r To view the report without text
disruption, select a font of even
character width in your e-mail ap-
plication's settings.
r The Page column gives the total
number of pages. The Not Sent col-
umn gives the number of pages
that could not be sent successfully.
r -- column indicates the Internet
Fax was sent to the mail server pro-
grammed in this machine. (How-
ever, this does not mean the e-mail
was delivered.)
