Categorizing applications
The category feature enables you to manage the number of application icons that appear on screen in the
Application Launcher. You can assign an application to a category and then display a single category or
all your applications.
To categorize an application, proceed as follows:
1 Tap the Home icon .
2 Tap the Menu icon .
3 From the App menu, select Category.
The Category screen appears.
4 Tap the down arrow next to the application you want to categorize.
5 Select the category you want.
6 Tap Done.
To create a new category for an application, proceed as follows:
1 Tap the Home icon.
2 Tap the Menu icon.
3 From the App menu, select Category.
The Category screen appears.
4 Tap next to application you want to categorize.
5 Tap Edit Categories.
6 Tap New.
7 Enter the category name.
Write the name in the Graffiti
®
text area.
8 Tap OK to add the category.
