Assigned number dialing
Press key .
Your machine lists the group dials and lists in the directory in alphabetical order.
then
Use keys
or of the navigator to scroll all group dial for choice, and choose the required
group dial or subscriber list.
or
Press key .
Then press the letter assigned to the group dial (refer to paragraph 11 OK - Directory /
new contact, page 58).
The screen displays the corresponding name.
or
Enter the group dial or subscriber list assigned number.
The screen displays the name of the group dial or subscriber list assigned to this number.
From the redial key
You can redial one number among the ten last numbers you just dialed before.
For a machine number (Tel in the Directory)
Press key .
The screen displays the last number called.
Use keys or of the navigator to select your desired number.
For an E-mail address
Press key then .
The screen displays the last E-mail address used.
Use keys or of the navigator to select your desired E-mail address.
To multiple numbers
You may dial to send a document simultaneously to multiple call numbers.
Caution - This may be achieved only if the machine is setup to send from the memory
(refer to paragraph Document feed type, page 36).
Enter the fax or E-mail address, or use the directory or key (refer to above paragraphs).
Press key and enter the number of the second group dial or second subscriber list.
Repeat this last step for all group dials (maximum 10 group dials).
Press OK, , or to confirm the last addressee depending on the required operation.
