Return Codes
• 0 - Command completed successfully - VolServ started or
completed normally.
• 1 - Command did not complete successfully - VolServ did
not start or complete as expected.

Notes
The environment variables VS_DIR and II_SYSTEM must be
set before executing VolServ.
II_SYSTEM must be in the path.
