11.1 Introduction
Overview
Only the software of the network module of the projector can be update. The projector firmware itself
cannot be updated via Projector Toolset. To update the firmware, use the Codecontrol.exe program which
is included in the zip file.
Free downloadable packages can be found on Barco’s Partnerzone, (URL: h
ttps://my.barco.com). Regis-
tration is necessary.
If you are not yet registered, click on Sign up my.barco and follow the instructions. With the created lo-
gin and password, it is possible to enter the Partnerzone where you can download the desired software
upgrades.
Preparations
The downloaded file is a zip file. Unzip this file before continuing.
Start up
To start up the Updater, just click on the Update icon ( ) on the navigation button bar or click on Mod-
ules and select Updater.

11.2 Version info
Retrieving version info is only possible when connected to the projector via a LAN net-
work.
To get version info
Click on the Version info tab. (image 11-2)
Click on the Refresh button.
Version info will be retrieved from the projector and displayed in an overview window.
