Problem Recommendation
Unable to print from
application software.
• Make sure the supplied Macintosh printer driver is installed in
the System Folder and it is selected with Chooser.
• Check the PORT selection within the Chooser : it should match
the port to which you physically attached the printer cable.
• Check the printer cable type : you cannot use a Local Talk or
straight-through cable.
For iMac and Power Macintosh G3 with USB
Problem Recommendation
This printer does not appear in
Chooser.
• Check the printer is turned on.
• Check the USB interface cable is connected correctly.
• Check the printer driver is installed correctly.
