Document Jams and Paper Jams
Document Jam
The documents were not inserted or fed properly, or were too long.
1
Remove any paper that is not jammed from the Automatic Document Feeder.

Open the top cover by lifting the lever on the right side of the top cover.
3
Pull the document toward the front of the machine.
4
Close the top cover.
Press the both edges of
the top cover and close
it until it clicks.
Paper Jam
The recording paper is jammed in the machine.

Remove any paper that is not jammed.
