Problem Solution

I would like to
clear the
printer settings
and the data
transferred
from the PC
Turn the printer OFF by pressing the ON/OFF button. Hold the
Up arrow button ( ) and the Feed button
() while pressing the
ON/OFF button. Release all the buttons when the display shows
"OK to Reset?" then press the OK button. All downloaded data and
setting transferred from the PC are cleared.
The printer is reset.
The clock and date settings are not cleared with this action.
