Registering your fax/telephone number and name
Follow the procedure below to register your fax/telephone number and name or company name so that this
information appears at the top of each document you send.

Press [Function].
Press [Data Registration].

Press [Set] twice.

Use [

] to select UNIT TELEPHONE #.
Press [Set].

Enter your fax number (up to 20 digits) using the
numeric buttons.
• To enter a space, press [Space].
• To enter a plus sign (+) before the number, press [Tone/+].
• Correct errors by pressing [Clear] and re-enter the number.

Press [Set].
Wait a second for UNIT NAME to appear.
Press [Set].
