Server Monitoring and Management Tools
Cisco Integrated Management Interface (CIMC)
You can monitor the server inventory, health, and system event logs by using the built-in Cisco Integrated
Management Controller (CIMC) GUI or CLI interfaces. See the user documentation for your firmware

Server Configuration Utility
Cisco has also developed the Cisco Server Configuration Utility for C-Series servers, which can aid and
simplify the following tasks:
• Monitoring server inventory and health
• Diagnosing common server problems with diagnostic tools and logs
• Setting the BIOS booting order
• Configuring some RAID configurations
• Installing operating systems
This utility is available to order on an optional 16-GB USB thumb drive (see Overview of the Pre-Loaded
