Verifying the VTP Configuration on a Set/Clear CLI
To verify the VTP domain information, use the command show vtp domain. This command will show you
the domain name, mode, and pruning information:

Warning You cannot use the show vtp domain command on a 1900. You should use the show vtp
statistics command instead.
Displaying VTP Statistics
The show vtp statistics command shows a summary of the VTP advertisement messages that have been sent
and received, as well as errors. The command is the same on the Set/Clear and Cisco CLI switches.
