my-Ditto User Manual
Solution:
My-Ditto backup procedure failed because of an I/O error.
Please remove one of the items marked to backup from the backup procedure and add it
once again.
This operation will update the backup automatically.
Removing items can be done in two ways:
1. Select the file or folder and press the backup button located on the right panel under
my PC icon.
The backup symbol will disappear (Note: All files and folders located inside this
folder will be removed from the backup list).
2. Place your cursor on a selected file or folder and right-click on it;
Select the Remove from backup function from the menu list.
Case:
File permission problems
Solution:
My-Ditto backup procedure failed because of file permission problems.
Automatically my-Ditto will try again, during the next few hours, complete the backup.
Case:
Backup Warning. my-Ditto will overcome this problem on next backup iteration.
Solution:
Backup procedure was not completed due to missing files.
Please remove one of the items marked to backup from the backup procedure and add it
