8 Hot-plug components
This chapter explains how to handle the hot-plug components within the
Customer-Self-Service (CSS) concept and how to make hardware changes to
your system unit in general (e.g. adding or replacing hot-plug power supply units
or hot-plug fan modules).

Expansions and upgrades may only be carried out by authorized
specialist personnel. These operations are described in the Options
Guide.
