Controlling Jobs Chapter 6
Combine Jobs Screen
A stored job can be combined with another job, and the two jobs can be printed as
one.
Up to five jobs can be combined.
If any of the following settings are specified for the jobs that are to be combined, the
settings for all jobs change to the settings for the first job that was selected.

Note
If jobs are combined while any of the following settings are selected, the setting
changes to the default.
Hole-punching turned off
Stapling turned off
“Distribution” function turned off

Tip
The following functions cannot be used together with the “Combine Jobs”
function.
“Multi-Page Enlargement” function
“Postcard” function
“Image Repeat” function
“Color Separation” function
“OHP Interleaving” function
Touch [Combine Jobs]. The Combine Jobs screen appears.
Jobs stored in the memory appear in order from the top of the list.
Touch [Basic] to display the Basic screen again.
