Chassis Diagnostics
Chassis diagnostics are indicated by the chassis and power supply LEDs as
shown in Figure 5-3.

The following conditions are described:
■ Chassis Over Temperature LED is illuminated
■ Input Power LED is extinguished
■ Fan Fail LED is illuminated
■ Output Power LED is extinguished
■ Power supply Over Temperature LED is illuminated
Note: The chassis and power supply Over Temperature LEDs are different.
The chassis LED indicates an over temperature condition in the switch
logic circuitry; the power supply LED indicates an over temperature
condition in the power supply.
