Connecting an external or
extension telephone 6
You can connect a separate telephone
directly to your machine as shown in the
diagram below.
Type A 6
For the countries such as USA, Canada,
Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland,
Hungary, Czech, Norway, Asia, Oceania and
etc.
Before you connect an external telephone,
remove the protective cap (3) from the EXT.

1 Extension telephone (Type A to D)
2 External telephone (Type A, B, and D)

Type B 6
For the countries such as UK, France, Italy,
Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Type C 6
For Germany
Type D 6
For Switzerland
When you are using an external telephone,
the LCD shows Telephone (for EU) or
Ext. Tel in Use (for Asia).
