Computer Management and click Services
and Applications > Services. In the right pane,

check if the Startup Type is Automatic and the
Status is Started.

wireless networks. If wireless networks are
found, it indicates that the device is operating
properlybutthenetworksettingsmayhave
aproblem.Pleasecheckthe
Network Key
(EncryptionKey)andthe
AP settings.
▶ Check if there is a device nearby using the same
frequency band.

frequencybandsuchasanotherwirelessLAN
device, wireless video transceiver, microwave
oven,plasmabulb,etc.,channelinterference
mayoccur.Ifyouexperienceinterferencefrom
another device, it is recommended changing the
AP channel.

aIEEE802.11bdeviceoperatingnearby,youmay
experiencelowdataratesorevendisconnection
asitoperatesinHybridmode.
▶ Check the authentication type.

authentication”optionisselectedwhenIEEE
802.1xauthenticationisnotbeingused.
View the properties of the corresponding AP in the
WirelessNetworkProperties.IntheAuthentication
tab,unselectthe“UseIEEE802.1xauthenticationin
this network” option.
