SIM Change Alert
Setup a text message alert if the SIM card is changed in your
device. You must be signed in to your Samsung account to
use this feature.
1. From a Home screen, touch ➔ Settings ➔
General tab ➔ Security ➔ SIM change alert.
2. Enter your Samsung account password in the pop-up
Enter password field and touch Done.
3. Touch the ON/OFF button at the top of the screen to
turn the feature ON .
4. Touch Alert message and enter a short message to
send if the SIM card is changed. Touch OK when
finished.
5. Under Alert Message Recipients, enter phone
numbers that are to receive the SIM change alert
message. Touch Create to enter a number manually.
Touch Contacts to select an existing number from your
Contacts. The country code must be included with
each recipient’s phone number.
6. Touch Save at the top of the screen to save changes.
Find My Mobile Web Page
To launch the Find My Mobile web page:
1. From a Home screen, touch ➔ Settings ➔
General tab ➔ Security ➔ Go to website.
2. Select which application to launch the application.
Touch Internet or Chrome and select Always or
Just once.
The Find My Mobile webpage displays.
3. Follow onscreen instructions.
Reactivation Lock
Reactivation lock uses your Samsung account to prevent
your device from being reactivated even if your device is
reset. You must be signed in to your Samsung account to use
this feature.
1. From a Home screen, touch ➔ Settings ➔
General tab ➔ Security ➔ Reactivation lock.
2. Read the popup message and touch OK.
3. Enter your Samsung account password in the pop-up
Enter password field and touch Done.
