2-4 Introducing the Web Configurator
2.4 Navigating the ZyAIR Web Configurator
The following summarizes how to navigate the web configurator from the MAIN MENU screen. We use the
ZyAIR B-2000v.2 web configurator in this guide as an example. The screen for your model may vary slightly
for different ZyAIR models.
Follow the instructions you see in the MAIN MENU screen or click the icon
(located in the top right corner of most screens) to view online help.
The icon does not appear in the MAIN MENU screen.

Click WIZARD SETUP for initial configuration including general
setup, wireless LAN setup, ISP Parameters for Internet Access
and WAN IP/DNS/MAC Address Assignment.
Click the links under ADVANCED to configure advanced
features such as SYSTEM (General Setup, Dynamic DNS,
Password and Time Zone), LAN (DHCP Setup, TCP/IP Setup),
WLAN (WLAN and WLAN Security Setup), WAN, SUA/NAT,
STATIC ROUTE (Route Entry), FIREWALL (Settings, Filter and
Services), REMOTE MGNT (Telnet, FTP, WWW, SNMP, DNS
and Security), UPnP and Logs (View reports and Log Settings).
Click LOGOUT at
any time to exit the
web configurator.
Click MAINTENANCE to view information about your ZyAIR or
upgrade configuration/firmware files. Maintenance includes
Status (Statistics), DHCP Table, Association List, Channel
Usage, F/W (Firmware) Upload, Configuration (Backup,
Restore, Default), and Restart.
