9. Connect the feeder’s built-in power cord to the power
receptacle on the back of the printer (fig. 10.12).

10. Plug the AC power cord into the sheet feeder’s power
receptacle and into a properly grounded AC outlet.
11. Insert all paper cassettes into the printer (figs. 2.16 and 2.17).
12. Turn on the feeder (fig. 10.13) and the printer.
