PROBLEMS
Clearing Paper Jams
Remove the sheet. Pull the
jammed sheet gently not so
as to remain pieces of paper
in the printer.
After removing the sheet,
close the front door..
Open the rear unit of the
duplex unit. Push down the
lock lever of the rear unit
and pull the door gently
towards you.
Notice:
Do not open the rear unit forcibly to avoid damage to the hinge of
the duplex unit.
Remove the sheet. Pull the
jammed sheet gently not so
as to remain pieces of paper
in the printer or duplex
unit.
If necessary, draw out the
paper guide of the printer.
