a pop up menu:
SELECTION
SELECT/DESELECT ALL/CURRENT ROW/CURRENT COLUMN
Its possible to select/ deselect all LEDs or one row or column at once.
SEND TO PRINTER
Print the values of this quadrant by selecting SEND TO PRINTER.
